In this quick guide we will take a look at clearing the Cache for Safari on your iPad. Clearing cache can sometimes help if you are having some technical issues, one of our technical support team will most likely refer you to this article in the event that you are having issues.

Please note the following: This will log you out of Pupil Benchmark so we advise you have your username and password nearby as you will need to login again once we complete this process.

Please follow these steps on your iPad

  1. Go to SettingsĀ > SafariĀ > AdvancedĀ > Website Data

  2. In the Search Bar, search for your Pupil Benchmark URL, for example

  3. When you see your Pupil Benchmark URL listed simply slide it to the left, this will reveal a Delete button, select Delete
